Although this program will teach you to be an effective and empowered teacher, it offers so much more. Exploring the Yoga Sutras and experiencing the teachings firsthand through movement and breath, you will learn how to effectively integrate the science of yoga into all aspects of your daily life. It’s through this integration that transformation happens – physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually.

Using the Yoga Wall extensively to workshop poses and break them down to their fundamentals, students experience the intricate nuances of each pose. Teaching as they learn, students apply their experience and knowledge early and repetitively, developing Sanskrit and effective cueing skills from the beginning.
