New to Yoga?

Anyone regardless of age, physical condition or experience can practice yoga. Flexibility, balance, strength, grace, and coordination are not required. But you will experience an improvement in all these areas with a dedicated practice.

We understand that walking into a new studio can be a little daunting. As soon as you walk through our doors, you find yourself in a peaceful, serene setting that will put you at ease. Our friendly staff will help you determine which class is right for you. It is our goal to meet you exactly where you are.

We also offer private sessions to address specific issues and/or prepare you for group classes.

Most importantly, relax and enjoy the experience.

“Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and indifference toward the wicked.”
~ Yoga Sutras

Welcoming and Knowledgeable

“I found all the instructors to be wonderful and so welcoming to a guy who had never done yoga (or even thought he ever would). I took private lessons twice a week from Christine, the owner of Yoga Breeze, for several months and she is an excellent and knowledgeable instructor, plus just one of the nicest people you could ever meet. After a few months, I started going to classes and all the instructors are great. I still do one private lesson each week and go to couple classes a week as well.” ~David C
