Breon Michel, a mind-body coach and educator, has a private practice in Cave Creek teaching mindfulness programs and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. For the past ten years, she has taught resilience programs to soldiers returning from deployment, organizational leaders and entrepreneurs, and people seeking mind-body healing and wellness. Breon has a Masters in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction under Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli at the Center for Mindfulness.
