This series is designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen, revive or recommit to their practice of yoga. Through a refreshing integration of breathing, postures, chanting, meditation and yogic philosophy, you will deepen your understanding of yoga’s primary purpose, and come away equipped with techniques to employ this ancient discipline to heal and transform your every day life.
Every week we will explore and integrate one of the eight limbs of yoga. Class is half lecture, half asana (physical movement). Please join us for an experiential journey of living your yoga.
