Jump-start the New Year with this fantastic four-week exploration of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You’ll experience an optimal blend of core conditioning, short-distance running, strength training, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, Pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, plus a surprise or two!
