Classic Level I

Varying sequences of essential basic poses that open the body and focus the mind while exploring the dynamics of breath and energy.

Classic Level II

Building on the foundations of awareness and alignment, this class presents opportunities to explore more advanced postures and variations in a safely guided manner.

All Levels/Yoga Nidra

An eclectic practice accessible to everyone, designed to energize your body, still your mind and heighten your awareness. The class concludes with a 20 minute guided relaxation to allow all the energies of the body to release or reintegrate.

Vinyasa I

A dance between breath and body movement, incorporating sun salutations and essential postures in a fluid, energizing, strengthening experience.

Vinyasa II

Strength-building, body-heating sequences with occasional explorations of arm balances, and longer holds of posture.

Gentle Yoga

A slower-paced, therapeutic class that uses props (blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters) and gentle techniques to increase mobility, strength and balance. Special care is given to safely move you in and out of poses. Relaxation and rejuvenation techniques round out each practice.  This class is designed to be completely done in a chair, if desired. A perfect fit for those who are pregnant, nursing an injury, have limited mobility or are looking for a gentle, relaxing stretch and tone class.

Restorative

A luxurious, comforting practice of prop-supported postures to slowly release deeply held tension. Of great benefit to anyone living in the modern world.

Yin

A deep, meditative and sensation-filled practice of long-held floor postures to bring flexibility and vitality to the joints and connective tissue.

Hot and Holy Yoga

Revitalizing and fun class in a heated room! Class is set to up beat Christian music. A lot of movement combined with challenging postures designed to inspire strength and de-toxification. Come ready to sweat! All levels welcome. Some yoga experience recommended. All Holy Yoga classes include prayer, meditation and Biblically based scripture and are open to everyone.

Holy Yoga Slow Flow

Introspective movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on connecting with God through a challenging moving mediation. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth. All Holy Yoga classes include prayer, meditation and Biblically based scripture and are open to everyone.

Yoga 101

An introductory class designed for those who have never done yoga before. Begin your lifelong journey of yoga with the basics so you can experience firsthand the healing benefits of this ancient mind-body practice. This class is a 4-Week series that begins the first Friday of each month.

Yoga Therapeutics

Yoga therapy refers to the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude. Using the principles of alignment this class will address the issues of shoulders/neck, low back, hamstrings and breath work creating a sense of relaxation and vitality.

Stretch and Restore

Various stretches done slowly combined with restorative postures teaches you to balance the mental impulse to push, control and be assertive. Bodies often tend to tighten and stiffen as they mature.   With a regular yoga practice you will find many benefits including improved balance, flexibility and strengthening.

Small Group Fitness Class

This class is a 45 minute Body Blast Class! It is designed for working the entire body – glutes, hips, thighs, chest, back, shoulders and arms. It increases the strength of the muscles to improve definition for the superficial core muscles. Helps provide stability and mobility for the spine, pelvis, rib cage and hips. Get stronger, leaner, healthier.

Yoga Nidra/Gong Bath

Soothe your nerves, nourish your immune system, and release deeply held blockages as you bathe in the healing vibrations of two gongs played by gong master Rajpal Kaur. To make this experience even more luxurious, we will begin with yoga nidra, a meditation technique that takes you to the most profound state of conscious relaxation.

Yoga Wall – Basics and Intermediate

An Iyengar based system of harnesses, straps, belts, bars and other props. Based on proper anatomic and kinesthetic alignment and accuracy, it promotes a therapeutic yoga practice. Using gravity as a natural tool of resistance, the system allows one to safely deepen asana and access deep core muscles – thus building overall strength, mobility and flexibility. Basics are for all levels of practitioners. Intermediate classes access more challenging poses.

Wall – Spinal Rejuvenation

This class offers traction based therapy to safely rejuvenate the spine. Also included is stretching out of tight leg muscles and core building to help support the spine and alleviate pain. This class will leave you feeling lighter, longer and stronger.

Kids Yoga

A fun, friendly and safe environment where kids learn to be present while learning yoga posture basics. With an emphasis on alignment, breath work, meditation, interaction and laughter, the students are encouraged to exercise their creative abilities and express their authentic self.
